Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ)
JYUTSU (Art) | SHIN (Creator) | JIN (Man of Knowing and Compassion)
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that uses gentle touch and breath to balance the body’s life energy and promote healing. This art of balancing the pulses was brought to America from Japan by Mary Burmeister. Jin Shin Jyutsu comes from Japanese teachings from the book, Kojiki. Norma began studying JSJ with Mary in 1978 and has continued to study and practice this art since then. Keli Brianna has studied and been exposed to it her whole life. We use it and share it in most all our Rolfing sessions. There are ways to help oneself which we share with an open heart. Feel free to ask us about JSJ.
